I love food trucksA “Food Truck Food Court” will be at San Diego Comic-Con this year, greatly increasing the number of dining/eating options at SDCC!  Here are the details:

  • Location: The lot located at the 1st/Island/2nd/J lot. Map.
  • When: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
  • Trucks will be selling from 10:00 am-10:00 pm, although most trucks will be gone by 8:00pm
  • The entrance will be off 1st Ave, right next to the Comedy Central interactive park. Warner Brothers, Disney, and Comedy Central/South Park will also be doing projects in the lot.
  • Important note–there is NO public parking in the lot.

Truck Schedule:

  • Super Q: Thursday- Sunday
  • Chop Sooey: Thursday- Sunday
  • Asian Persuasion: Thursday-Saturday
  • Devilicious: Thursday-Saturday
  • Two For The Road: Thursday-Saturday
  • Flippin Pizza: Friday/Saturday
  • Pierogi Truck: Thursday – Saturday
  • Green Truck: Friday
  • The Gooch: Friday
  • Street Eats: Thursday – Saturday

Friday at Comic-Con:

  • The following trucks are downtown for Comic-Con today: Joes on the Nose, Two for the Road, Pierogi Truck, Devilicious, Flippin Pizza, Chop Truck, The Gooch Truck, SD Street Eats, Super Q Food Truck
  • Location: the lot at 1st & Island. The entrance will be off 1st Ave, right next to the Comedy Central interactive park. Warner Brothers, Disney, and Comedy Central/South Park will also be doing projects in the lot.
  • Most trucks will be there til 8pm tonight; some staying until 10pm
  • There is no public parking in the lot.

Other lunch trucks today:

  • Curiocity Catering: NEW TRUCK ALERT! Mission Valley, 11:30 to 1:30pm at 8885 Rio San Diego Dr (across from Hyundai building).
  • KALBIQ:  10410 science center
  • Mangia Mangia: 11:30 to 1:30 on Cave St in La Jolla
  • Corner Cupcakes: Kearny Mesa, 11am-1:30pm at 8620 Spectrum Center Blvd. in the Bridgepoint building turnaround.
  • No MIHO Gastrotruck today; private event
