Hungry Hump Day, North County’s 1st Lunchtime Food Truck Gathering, began on Wednesday, January 18th at the North San Diego Farmers Market

What: A 4-6 truck rotation of Gourmet Food Trucks. Come for lunch and enjoy live music, outdoor seating, and the charm of a local Certified Farmers Market – all on the grounds of the Sikes Adobe Historic Farmstead.

Catch Devilicious, Chop Soo.ey, SD Street Eats, and Food Farm today at the North Park Farmers’ Market at University and Herman (just W of 32nd St) from 3 to 7 pm. Other food vendors include Cupcakes & Beyond (not sure if they are a truck or not?), Ranchwood Deli BBQ, Masala Kitchen Indian food, Moncai Vegan & Salvadoran Pupusas! Bitchin Burgers Food Truck will be at Iron Fist Brewing Company from 3-8pm serving up burgers including this weeks around the world burger…”The Baja Burger”.
Mangia Mangia is serving a 5 course prix fixe menu at 57 Degrees wine bar including: Tomato soup With fresh mozzarella, breaded zucchini with a side of marinara, penne vodka sauce or penne pink sauce with mushroom and prosciutt, grilled catch of the day with veggies or grilled pork chops topped with a roasted tomato and herbs puree, and tiramisu for $20 from 6:30-9:30pm.
