There are benefits to having a food truck cater your wedding, birthday, or special event: not only do they offer delicious food, but they can be cheaper than a traditional caterer and offer the ability to let your guests order the food they want. And of course, they are trendy, fun, and make any event more memorable!

Do keep in mind that food carts and trucks require a minimum number of attendees to make their effort worthwhile–it doesn’t make much sense for them to prep and drive across town to serve 10 people! And on the other hand, if you have a large event, you may need multiple trucks to serve many people (one truck for every 70-80 people seems to be a good number).
